Ingredients: 6 people
-150gr of dark chocolate.
-100g of butter.
-100g of flour.
-4 eggs.
-1 packet of baking powder.
-200g caster sugar.
-50g ground almonds.
-1 pinch of salt.
Preheat oven to 180 ° C.
Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave. Homogéiniser everything and add the yeast + flour. Mix everything together and reserve.
Separate egg whites from yolks. In a bowl beat egg yolks with sugar until it turns white. Add chocolate mixture and ground almonds.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Stir them gently to the above mixture.
Pour in a silicone mold or a mold greased beforehand (26-28cm in diameter). Bake about 30 minutes, prick the cake with a knife, it should come out clean.
Cool before removing from pan, allow to cool but not mandatory.
