following a cake recipe that I found on a Turkish website : KEKEVI . The recipe is fairly simple to achieve. Ingredients: I used a silicone mold 28cm

caramel layer:
-1 / 3 of cup of sugar.

Layer Cheesecake:
-500g of milk.
-3 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
-4 eggs.
-1 packet of vanilla sugar.

layer cake:
-3oeufs.
-1 cup of sugar.
-1 +1 / 2 cup of flour.
-3 tablespoons cocoa.
-1 / 2 cup of milk.
-1 / 2 cup of oil.
-1 packet of baking powder.
-1 Packet of vanilla sugar.
-lemon peel (I have not made).

Preheat oven to 175 ° C.
Make a caramel with sugar and pour into a buttered pan, I have replaced chocolate. Place your pan in a larger diameter high because the way the cake is baking in a bain-marie.

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until it is homogeneous. Then pour the caramel / chocolate.

For cake, beat eggs and sugar. Add lemon zest if you wish at this stage, then the oil into the net. Sift the flour + cocoa + baking powder. Then pour over in 3: milk and flour mixture, alternating each time. Although homogeiniser everything. Pour this mixture into the pan containing the other layers. Pour water into the flat (up to half of the mold) to process the bain marie
Bake the cake for 40 to 50 minutes while monitoring the cooking because it varies from one oven to another. The knife should come out clean. wait for it to cool completely and then put the cake cool for 24 hours.

PS: pass the knife around the edge of the cake to unmold easily.
if you use a Teflon mold and you have chosen the caramel layer in place of Nutella (it's not right! No! No! I'm kidding of course) make a phone or passed the torch on the fire in your stove for a few minute to the unmold easily.
